Shipping policy

We currently ship within the **United States only.**

- **Free shipping on every order**, including all subscription renewals.

- Orders are processed and fulfilled through our manufacturing partner. Orders typically ship within **2–4 business days**, with delivery in **3–7 business days** after that.

- Subscription orders ship on your renewal date; we email you before each renewal.

- We are not responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped. If a package is lost or arrives damaged, contact `info@stdyhealth.com` and we'll make it right.
